(Photo: Chaiyot Pupattanapong)CHON BURI: A woman from the Philippines died after she was hit by a car while crossing a road in Pattaya City late on Monday night. Police at Muang Pattaya police station were informed of the fatal accident about 12.30am on Tuesday. The car hit her and then the driver lost control and it ran into three other cars and a motorcycle parked on the side of the road, police said. The driver of the car, identified as Ekkaphong Phibunrat, 37, was held for questioning.
